Delegate Visa Guidelines
Please Note: e-Visa applications for India can be submitted up to 120 days prior to the intended date of travel. For regular (paper) visas, application windows may vary slightly by country — please check with your local Indian Embassy or Consulate for exact timelines.
Further, while certain nationalities, may be eligible for a Visa on Arrival in India, we strongly recommend that all delegates obtain their visa prior to arrival. This will help prevent any unforeseen issues or delays at the port of entry and ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience upon arrival.
